This past week my sister and I attended the Winter Wellness Forum in Sedona, Arizona. A highlight of the trip was hiking with a small group up Cathedral Rock, which is one of the famous rock formations in Sedona. It was a wonderful experience as my co-author Troy and his lovely wife Sally led us on the hike. A couple of our new friends had issues with heights and really pushed past their fears to experience the beauty and the feeling of accomplishment. It was awesome to be part of this group and help one another up and then down the slippery rock. The total hike was 2.5 hours but for some, the experience was "life changing". It was an honor to be part of the growth experience. Only when we are willing to step out of our own comfort zones can we possible experience the thrill of accomplishing something new…something that makes your world and your view BIGGER than it was before!

While shoveling the driveway with my daughter Natalie, I saw the UPS truck pull up. Today is the day that my 17 boxes of books arrive from the printer. My co-author Troy reminded me that we are like George McFly from Back to the Future when he opens up the box with his first book…….it is a very cool feeling.

I am so pleased to move to this format, blogging, photo posting, video embedding – people say its taken me a while, but the wait is worth it. I have my new book (Finding My Marbles), new photos going up online soon, and I have to admit, working in the world of technology is something I am glad to outsource to others, so I can focus on new things like my teleseminars and workshops.
